The published aims of the charity are advancing the Christian faith in Cobham and the relief of the poor, sick, needy and elderly and the distress caused thereby in Cobham to alleviate the loneliness suffered by those who are housebound._x000D_ Our main aims are to provide friendship, support and encouragement to the over 50's by running parties, meetings and outings. Although we offer our services to the over 50's, the majority of our beneficiaries are over 70; we have found this age group are particularly lonely and enjoy the services we offer. The events are open to all regardless of faith._x000D_ The group is made up of 20 volunteers and a management committee of 3.
