In Your Corner (IYC) is a non-contact boxing group programme with an integrated mental health component. It targets young men with complex social, emotional, and behavioural needs, taking evidence-based ideas from psychological intervention and delivers them in a flexible way alongside boxing skills in an accessible community setting in Southwark.
