Burtonwood Sewing Group is a small but fast growing organisation whose reach goes far beyond inspiring and sharing sewing/textile crafting techniques to e providing recreational activity which brings together local people, helping to prevent isolation, developing friendships and encouraging social inclusion in a rural community. The project helps equip the group with up to date sewing equipment. The grant pays for the purchase of sewing machine, cutting tables and IT equipment for the new premises.
