Supporting Vulnerable Learners at Playtime (360G-CheshireCF-A492864)

£5,250

The Maelor School will equip and run a lunchtime club aimed at boosting the confidence of pupils who do not usually socialise with their peers. Staffed by supportive adults trained in both mental health and pastoral care the club will provide a much needed space for those who find interaction difficult or who feel vulnerable. Through play we will aim to develop confidence and provide an available space for pastoral support. A grant will pay for staffing, equipment and resources.
