Senior Supported Housing Officer Salary (360G-HeartofEnglandCF-A478077)

Chyp supports young people who find themselves homeless, through no fault of their own, as a result of family break up, abuse or leaving care. All of Chyp’s clients are economically and educationally disadvantaged and have suffered from complicated and insurmountable challenges in their lives. Each young person has their own individual needs to address. Most importantly they need somebody they can trust and rely on, often for the first time in their lives, that’s where Chyp comes in. We would like support for our SSHO salary who works with the young residents from day one to agree a support plan and goals they want to achieve.
