LinkLiving is governed by a Board of Management of up to 15 voluntary (unpaid) members who are recruited to ensure a wide range of skills. The Board includes places for people who have experience of using support services. Board members undertake induction and training for their role and have a clear role description. Currently there are 9 members. The remit of the Board includes ensuring compliance with the strategic objectives, purposes and values of the organisation, as well as policies, plans and budgets to achieve those objectives. Overall day to day management of LinkLiving is delegated to the Director supported by a senior management team comprising the Head of Operations and 5 Service Managers. The director and her team are responsible for achieving the strategy and undertaking the operational activities in line with the set policies. |
