Our Vision is an inclusive society where everyone has the opportunity to live valued, fulfilled lives. Our work is underpinned by four core values: Compassion: Everyone having the chance to change, no matter how long it takes. Respect: Tolerance, acceptance, valuing diversity and treating all as equals. Integrity: Committing to highest quality work, grounded in honesty, sincerity and professionalism. Innovation: Taking risks, challenging convention with creativity in seeking new ways of working. With 36 services in Edinburgh/Lothians, Falkirk/Stirling, Borders and and one national service - our work is built on the formation of trusted relationships based on our values and informed by the lived experience of those we work with. During 2017-18 we supported 5,954 people in their time of need and an additional 6,759 people accessed events, training and resources. |
