Our telephone helpline gives information and sign-posting to other agencies, when appropriate, but mainly takes referrals for our one-to-one and group counselling services. One-to-one support is provided either face-to-face or by telephone. Bereavement Support Groups bring together people with similar bereavements for group counselling.
