Recipient Org: Description OYAP Trust works with young people, especially those most isolated, vulnerable and at risk. We use creativity to provide opportunities to learn, develop skills, gain confidence and realise potential. We do this by working in partnership with inspirational artists and the wider community. We involve young people in all areas of our work. Our inspirational arts projects give young people aged 7-25 the support, encouragement and skills needed to learn and reach their potential. We enable participants to realise their own personal, social and leadership skills, becoming catalysts for change in their own lives and in their communities. Autism Family Support Oxfordshire (AFSO), our partner organisation on this project, provides holiday break programmes and youth groups for young people with ASC. They are experts in the field of autism education, they support over 1200 families across Oxfordshire, and receive on average 20 new referrals per month. Autism Family Support provides: - Support and Information for parents - Activities and workshops for children & young people on the autism spectrum - Information, training, and consultation with professionals, including joint working and development
