Recipient Org: Description The charity Vulnerable Interventions Partnership (VIP+) was set up in partnership with three special schools in Oxfordshire, The Virtual School for Looked After Children, The Hospital School and Meadowbrook College and Reintegration Service. We identify the Children and Young People (CYP) at these schools as being at risk of isolation, social exclusion, anti-social behaviour and unemployment. By commissioning effective and positive interventions tailored to the specific needs of vulnerable young people, VIP+ aims to create opportunities for these young people to empower themselves, thereby increasing their appetite for success and aspirations to grow into happy and resilient young adults.
