DIG Manchester in Northenden and Wythenshawe (360G-phf-19135)

Manchester City Council lead a partnership with Greater Manchester Police, the University of Manchester and Northenden Civic Society for this project. This archaeological dig project aims to tackle anti-social behaviour and petty crime and to engage young people with their local heritage, with the aim of encouraging pride for their environment and community.
