Music and Change (360G-phf-21390)

£75,000
Recipient Organization

Based in London, Music for Change is a two year collaborative, multi-agency project which, through the creation of music, seeks to promote social inclusion and positive mental health, to marginalised young people. The project will also look to the wider local community, in order to provide young people, their families, and others on the Estate, with better access to services and opportunities. Improving the awareness of service providers and community organisations about the needs and potential of the young people is another important aim.
