To underpin the company through funding a general manager and part funding Simon's wage, research and project development costs. This will be split in the following way: Year 1 - one off office set up costs £5,500; Director salary £15K; General Manager salary £26,500; project costs £20K. Year 2 - Director salary £15K; General Manager salary £26,500; project costs £50K. Year 3 - Director salary £15K; General Manager Salary £26,500; project costs £20K. It was agreed that after the second interview Simon will need to make use of Kate's time in Year 1 to explore future business model with the possibility of setting up a not for profit company. Funding in Year 2 & 3 will be contingent on a future business plan and artistic project plans.
