Horizon 20:20 aims to change the culture in Hampshire's PRUs so that arts-based learning, including trips to cultural destinations, becomes central to their work. The hope to see an impact on children's self-esteem and motivation to learn and teachers' professional confidence.This will be achieved through a four year programmes of artists' residencies, teacher training and Arts Awards for children.
