Support to deliver a two year programme of live music alongside digital media and learning events for young people aged 16 -24 in libraries in the North West and West Midlands, and further develop the model for wider dissemination. As part of this Loud in Libraries will establish a central youth advisory board to support the recruitment of youth cultural ambassadors for each library partner to inform local planning and delivery of the programme.
