This is an innovative project working for people with sensory and/or physical disabilities, on an outreach basis in rural Devon, enabling people to gain confidence in working together to improve and inform local service provision and access, in ways that will positively make a difference to their lives e.g. health, social services, local leisure venues, shops, education, employment, transport, etc.
