Grant funding of the Armed Services Advice Project which provides information, advice and support to members of the Armed Forces community throughout Scotland.
This school who are based in Glasgow will undertake a gardening project for Primary 6 aged pupils.
This group will use the funding to tackle loneliness and isolation among Muslim, Black, Asian, Minority Ethnic and Refugee (BAMER) women aged 16 years and over living in Dundee who are experiencing cultural, religious, linguistic and other barriers including poverty and knowledge about services and opportunities.
This group operate the MugStock festival which is held annually in Mugdock Country Park in East Dunbartonshire. The funding will be used to employ a volunteer coordinator and a local liaison officer to make the volunteer workforce more diverse and inclusive.
Sandwick Carnegie Hall Roof Project 26 Feb 2018
This charity manages a hall facility on the mainland of Shetland and host a number of community groups and events. The hall has seen a physical deterioration in recent years and this project will enable the group to sustain and increase community usage by providing a new roof, insulation and lighting.

This group bring members of their small and rurally isolated community together by building a traditional wooden rowing skiff. The skiff will provide a range of opportunities for local people to engage in rowing sessions and races.

This group runs a multicultural community centre in Aberdeen. This project will enable the group to run a programme of outings and activities for local families.
The Transforming Lives Programme 27 Feb 2018
This organisation will use the funding to run two specific services towards a better quality of life for marginalised people living in North Lanarkshire. The first will continue to deliver health and wellbeing activities in areas of multiple deprivation within the region. The second strand will be a ‘Transforming Lives’ a Volunteer Support Programme which will provide a range of volunteering and training opportunities for individuals who are socially isolated.
ALFIA- Strengthening the Core 09 Oct 2017
This group will use the funding for dance / Zumba sessions, holistic therapy sessions and an overnight where members can attend a crafting workshop.
This project use the funding to provide opportunities for young children to experience more ‘real’ play away from computer screens. Activities will all utilise affordable resources and encourage parent and child interaction. Groups of interested parents will then, following the ‘Retro Play Days’ be supported to develop self-sustaining future play events at their school.
This group will use the funding to cover on-going and development costs of being the ‘voice’ of young carers across the region.
