Trafford Veterans Allotment Project 13 Feb 2018
The project is a group based activity which will encourage people to get out and learn a new skill, grow vegetables and flowers, meet new people, be in the fresh air and hopefully get some exercise
Trafford Generations 16 Mar 2018
15 young people living in care from Trafford (including Care Leavers within Trafford Housing Trust) will be given professional film making skills at MediaCityUK and shall be empowered to produce a high quality film uncovering local heritage stories from across Trafford.
Space Cadet Journey 18 Apr 2018
our project reaches out to children & young people for them to get involved in our hands-on STEM workshops and take part in project-led events through weekly, monthly and quarterly activity sessions. Currently this is biweekly at Broomwood, Timperley, Altrincham with monthly “taster” science shows delivered in the other Trafford locations: Sale, Stretford, Urmston & Old Trafford.
Community Pantomime 25 Apr 2018
A community pantomime hosted by BCA in the Primary School, Talegate productions are hired to deliver the pantomime, BCA members & volunteers organise stalls for attendees to enjoy and socialise together in a foyer style.
Expanding Activity 02 May 2018
To expand our activities on regular litter pick events and purchase more equipment for our outreach (solo litter pickers) and replenish and expand our activities with groups like Timperley Tidiers and Friends of Moor Nook park.
Expanding the Film Club for the Elderly 28 May 2018
The film club has proved to be very popular and we are seeking funding to purchase a projector and a stand alone DVD player to make it possible to move this monthly activity into a larger room so we can invite other local elderly residents to join us.
Peer Support Training 04 Jul 2018
we wish to train ten LGBT YP in peer support skills. This will include outreach to recruit YP and a residential training weekend. The training will include assertive communication; problem solving and being solution focussed; self help and helping others skills; risk assessment; resilience; self reflection of own progress and development.
Music in Mind - Trafford 27 Jul 2018

to secure a regular advice surgery at the Globe Community Fitness & Activities Centre and our new Pantry Shop, for all the users of the two mentioned Pantries, whether they are tenants of Trafford Housing Trust or not.
Winter Training 2018-2019 21 Aug 2018
During the winter period we are unable to use St Brides as a training venue due to the lack of floodlights and short daylight hours. This leaves the club with no alternative but hire alternative floodlit or sports hall venues.
Replace worn and unsafe boxing equipment 21 Aug 2018
To replace worn out boxing equipment that has seen better days , which will eventually cause a health and safety issue to our members. All theses items are required to enable the boxing club to deliver the boxing coaching with safe equipment to keep our members engaged in the boxing training.

Building for tomorrows future 14 Mar 2018
This project will renovate the village hall, extending it to accommodate local community and activity groups including table tennis club and short-mat bowls club. This will also encourage the formation of new groups and provide a more attractive facility for social and celebration events. Once the works are completed a team of local volunteers will convert the existing small car park at the front of the building into a community garden.
Wave Project Dorset 21 Mar 2018
The funding will be used to support young people to improve their mental and physical health, through surfing. The project uses a programme of surfing and peer-mentoring, where young people learn to surf through support and guidance from local mentors and professional instructors before becoming mentors themselves.
a Play Park for the village 28 Feb 2018
The funding will be used by the parish council to create a children’s play park. It will reflect the area’s coastal setting and provide the only outside play area where younger children and families can come together to socialise, build support networks and stay healthy.
