Healthy Lives, Healthy Homes 02 Nov 2016
This continuation and development project will promote and support active, healthy and independent living for older people, particularly those who live alone, those with dementia and their carers. Project caseworkers will visit older people to make an assessment of need, identifying levels of social isolation and loneliness as well as any support needed in the home. Partner organisations will provide housing support and social activities. This will improve the quality of life for older people in the area.
Dartmoor Active Community Zone 28 Jul 2016
This project will use the funding to purchase new outdoor play equipment and new flooring. This will seek to improve the health and physical development of local children and tackle the growing issue of obesity in the school.
This group will use the funding to improve their bowling green and clubhouse for the benefit of the clubâ€™s members, visitors and for the wider community.
Stand Up, Speak Up 28 Jan 2016
The group will use the funding to support a parent designed exhibition of childrenâ€™s creativity based on Holocaust survivor testimonies. This will create community cohesion, raise awareness of their differences and promote respectful behaviour.

Restoration of Cast Iron Guttering 02 Mar 2017
Llanerfyl Village Hall, in Powys, will remove, restore and re-erect the cast iron down pipes of the facility. The grant, of Â£5,000, will part-fund labour charges and scaffolding hire.
Juniors and Inters Youth Clubs 19 Dec 2016
The project will establish a junior youth club for 8-11 year olds and an inters youth club for 11-13 year olds and deliver sport taster and healthy eating sessions. This will provide a safe environment for children and young people to develop social skills, confidence and self-esteem and improve their opportunities and wellbeing.

The group will use the funding to resurface their existing car park facilities. This will improve the facilities by making it safe and accessible all year. Beneficiaries from diverse community groups attend a range of activities and clubs held at this community based theatre company which offers many opportunities for young people to be involved in the Performing Arts.

The group will use the funding to purchase eduacational robots and run an out of hourâ€™s school club. This will help in developing support children with special educational needs.
Touching Lives - Transforming Families 16 Dec 2015
â€˜Touching Lives - Transforming Familiesâ€™ is a five-year project for families across NI with a child aged 12 or under where the child or a parent is affected by a deafblind or multi-sensory impairment. Services offered include support to ensure the family receive a correct diagnosis, 1:1 work with a child and parent, techniques for interaction and ideas to support learning, home visits to assess individual and family needs and tailored support packages. Sense is working with the five HSCTs on the project.
Raidio Failte Teo - celebrating 10 years 16 Dec 2016
The organisation provides a radio service through the medium of Irish language to 40,000 Irish speakers and learners in the Belfast area. They are using the grant to celebrate 10 years of community broadcasting to local people.
NHMC - Northfield House Mile Challenge 22 Feb 2017
This project will use the funding to transform an outdoor playing field by installing an all weather track, to enable disadvantaged children and the wider community to access outdoor play in a safe environment all year round. This will increase community use of local outdoor facilities.
IMPROVING OUR ACOUSTICS SO EVERYONE CAN HEAR 27 Apr 2016
The group will use the funding to provide acoustic insulation for their community hall. These improvements will reduce unwanted noise and vibrations that currently make it difficult for those with hearing disabilities to fully participate in community events and gatherings.

The group will use the funding to purchase new kitchen equipment for the benefit of the local community. This will improve the facilities the centre has to offer, for the community to enjoy.
The organisation will use the funding to hold an event to celebrate the Mercer Parks centenary, and to start a volunteer recruitment drive for their organisation. This will provide activities and entertainment for the whole community, and information about the groups work and the park to help encourage new volunteers.
