This group will use the funding to celebrate its 35th birthday by holding an event at the cityâ€™s Zoo Gardens which will include a range of activities and free access to the zoo after the event. It is open to all members of the community including service users past and present, staff, volunteers, trustees and funders. This will celebrate the services the group provides and aim to raise awareness and end stigma by talking about maternal mental health.

The group will use the funding to produce promotional material for their community festival. This will increase the groupâ€™s capacity to advertise the festival, enabling more beneficiaries to attend and benefit from the festival activities.

This project will use the funding to host a spring fair to celebrate the gardenâ€™s fifth birthday which will bring together users of the garden and members of the local community. In particular they want the event to be accessible to children with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND).

A Second World War Veteran from Bristol has been awarded a grant towards travel costs for a commemorative visit to Egypt in October of this year. Funding has also been provided for a spouse to travel with the Veteran.
