Support Plus Project 12 Dec 2007

This project will reduce the isolation of young people with disabilities, aged 14 to 24, and their families in Middlesbrough and Stockton. The project will provide supported links between disabled young people, their families and trained volunteers. With the support of a volunteer, each disabled young person will plan an individual programme of activities developed around their individual needs. This will improve their self-esteem and confidence and develop their skills to live more independently.

Safe Choices 05 May 2011

The Children's Society will lead the Safe Choices project for young women leaving care or leaving young offender institutions.
