This project will provide cookery related activities for older people at risk of social exclusion. This will encourage participants to eat a more nutritious diet with the aim of improving their health and well-being, and reducing social isolation.

Their creativity and ideas drive the project, as they acquire project management and business skills, build networks and develop creative problem solving techniques to turn their entrepreneurial ambitious into a reality.
