The organisation will use the funding to hold three celebratory events, including a music day, a community day celebrating local groups and services, and a cross-generational party for all of the community. This will enable the organisation to bring different generations together, make people aware of the local groups and services in the area and promote community cohesion.
An all-weather play space and outdoor climbing equipment will be installed with this funding. The new area will provide children with an outdoor structure which will enhance their physical activity.
