Photography workshops will be delivered to transgender women and women who have been in detention centres to highlight their social challenges. This will increase self-confidence and improve integration within the local community.
This is a project by a community organisation in Haringey benefiting people in Bristol, Kingston-upon-Thames and Hackney. They will use the funding to provide sensory science workshops for children who are living with disabilities. This will lead to improved attitudes towards learning and better chances in life.

The funding will be used by a community organisation to purchase a mini-bus to transport children and young people to a variety of outdoor and camping activities. The project aims to give people opportunities for social interaction.
Social Muscle Club: Queer Bristol 02 Aug 2017

The funding will be used to set up and run a group for parents with hearing impairment from black, Asian, minority ethnic and refugee (BAMER) communities. The project aims to improve the group’s capacity to offer their services to new people, including those in hard-to-reach areas or who are socially isolated. It also aims to reduce social isolation and improve confidence.
