Southside Young Leaders Academy aims to develop leadership potential in boys aged 8-16 of African and Afro-Caribbean heritage. The project works with boys living in deprived areas and at risk of social exclusion. This funding will be used to cover salary costs, with the aim of providing more volunteering opportunities, training and leadership activities.
