Design of process for internal evaluation of service impact 05 Jul 2016

This group are the first to adopt the Grameen approach in the UK, offering small loans (microcredit), initially of £1,000, for up to 52 weeks to new start up and existing small businesses in the hardest to reach communities. The funding will be used to engage a consultant to set up this process, identifying a clear set of core outcomes for Grameen in the UK, identifying outcome indicators and creating an outcome evaluation framework, which will be evaluated six months after implementation.
