This community organisation in Overstrand, Norfolk, will use funding to install a heating system and upgrade the bathroom facilities in their arts centre. This will allow the group to open the facility to use by the wider community.

With a Lottery award the group will install a lift, which will help older and disabled members to access the first floor meeting rooms and participate fully in the activities of the arts centre. There are several members at present who are unable to use the stairs and the Arts Centre are keen to ensure access is available to everyone.
This is a project by a registered charity in Reading. The group will use funding to install a fire alarm and refurbish the Rising Sun Arts Centre. This will ensure the centre meets with fire safety standards and enable the building to continue being used as a meeting venue by local community groups.
