St Piran in Penwith Reawakened 05 Dec 2016

This project will host an annual event that celebrates St Piran, patron saint of tin minors. Local schoolchildren will take part in an evening ‘Cornish Concert’, which will be followed by a morning parade through Penzance, with children playing and dancing in a ‘St Piran Furry Dance’. Local bands will join the procession, and Cornish themed acts will provide additional support.
