Totem Pole Project 15 Jun 2005
The group aim to improve the environment and make their estate a better place in which to live. They will use the award to create a wooden totem pole with residents and a community artist. The award will pay the costs of design and construction of the totem pole including design, materials, labour, artist time and a trip to the Yorkshire Sculpture Park.
Standing Poles 28 Jun 2007
This school will commission an artist-in-residence to work with the local community in developing a series of exterior totem poles, which will be sited in the school's outdoor community area.
The school will form a new Nordic walking after-school club for pupils in P6 and P7. It will be designed to encourage pupils to consider new ways of participating in physical exercise. This grant will fund 36 Leki walker children's poles, 36 junior high vis bibs, 2 bags and spare paws (pole ends).

The Community Council will purchase and install flag poles that will be part of a commemorative project to reflect Commonwealth history of the township. This grant will be used to buy 12 external halyard flagpoles, 3 flag poles with bases, delivery and installation costs.
Totemic Polemics 22 Apr 2004
Local people will have the opportunity to take part in a community arts project . Hop garden poles will be used to represent different eras in farming from Saxon times through to the present day. Participants of all ages will work with the group to create crafted items to display from the poles, culminating in an event to celebrate the results and to raise awareness of the changes in local farming.
FINAL PHASE TO REES CENTRE REFURBISHMENT 17 Apr 2016
Talbot Community Centre in Bridgend will use the grant to install a new boiler and sound system to increase accessibility and quality of the Rees Centre, which is attached back-to-back to the Talbot Hall.
