To develop and underpin Eastside Projects and programming costs. Year 1 - £115,000 split between core costs £62K and programming £53K; Year 2 allocation £120K and Year 3 allocation £125,000 will be determined on successful year one and the development of a sustainable business and fundraising plan for Eastside Projects. Gavin has expressed an interest in using Kate's time to help him develop this and leadership skills.
