Epilepsy Information Day 01 Apr 2004
This branch of the Epilepsy Association will stage an information day. It will feature speakers and will be an opportunity for those affected by the condition to learn more about it and the most recent treatments.

This group promotes the sport of football in its area. The award means they can set up a girls under 9's team, two under 7's teams and purchase new kit for 2 of their existing teams. They will also be able to send new managers for these teams on training courses and stock up their club library with new books.. strips and equipment for various teams, coaching courses, child protection courses, police checks, coaching books/videos.

This new group enables people with learning difficulties to express themselves creatively through the arts. The project is run a series of workshops and work with a professional artist to develop material for an exhibition using the group's experiences of its recent performance event at Nottingham Playhouse. The artists fees, documentation, resources and arts materials, venue hire, publicity materials, special transport and contingency costs.
A Jubilee in East Leake 02 Apr 2004
The organisation works with churches in East Leake to promote the community aspect of the village. The project is to produce a book commemorating fifty years of the catholic church in East Leake and will involve research, oral history and an exhibition of photographs and artefacts. The award is for printing, design, producing photos, office costs and travel.

This pigeon racing club wishes to encourage more young people and children to become involved in the sport. The project will produce a regular newsletter and print flyers and posters and advertise for new members in the local paper and plan to go into local schools with some pigeons to talk informally about the history and tradition of the sport.
