40th Anniversary Celebration Day 18 Aug 2016
The organisation will use the funding to hold a party on the farm site to celebrate their 40th anniversary year. This will enable the organisation to bring people together, lift peopleâ€™s spirits and instil a feeling of pride.
The group will use the funding to create a feasibility study to research alternative foodbank provision for people in crisis. This will develop the full potential of offering complete healthy cooked meals and affordable cookery learning to beneficiaries.
The group will use the funding to improve the lives of young transgender people in the Bristol area by providing advice on coping with social anxiety, depression, low mood and suicidal thoughts. This will help beneficiaries with feelings of isolation, vulnerability, inequality and discrimination whilst improving self-image in respect of being transgender.
The group will use the funding to install a new play facility for extra-curricular use by pupils and the wider community in this economically challenged area. This will encourage collaborative, inclusive play and improve community facilities.

The group will use the funding to deliver a coaching and support programme to 60 people at risk of becoming homeless. This will enable beneficiaries the opportunity to build resilience and give them better chances for the future.

The organisation will use the funding to run the annual community festival. This will provide a day of entertainment for all people in the local area.

This project will use funding to make weekly provisions including nutritious meals, drinks and toiletries for people who are homeless, have mental ill health and refugees.
Future 4 Me 04 Dec 2016
The funding will support a project called Future 4 Me that aims to support and engage young people leaving care and custody. Working alongside regional and national partners, the project will specifically target those who are most disengaged and mistrusting of services including people who are at risk of homelessness, social exclusion and exploitation.
This project will use the funding to encourage people to spend time outdoors at local food gardens and nature trails. This will encourage people to spend more time outdoors with nature and inspire healthier eating.

The group will use the funding to provide cookery classes and custom and tradition workshops for older people. This will bring beneficiaries together allowing them to improve their skills, share experiences and to socialise with their peers.

This project will use the funding to run artistic workshops and activities for people with mental health issues. This will increase communication skills, self-belief, positivity to improve their mental health and wellbeing, as well as projecting positive depictions of people living with mental health issues.
The group will use the funding to deliver a community gardening project to include workshops and events for the community. This is an intergenerational project that will enable the beneficiaries to connect with the wider community and learn about the rich biodiversity of the area.

The Soil Association Limited Development Grant 01 Jun 2016
This funding will be used to develop a project looking at community-led transformation of the food landscape across England and Scotland, addressing issues of malnourishment and isolation for older people. The development grant will be used to co-design the project in Leicestershire, Calderdale and Kirklees, and Edinburgh, including scoping and design work, user involvement, staff costs, travel, training and stakeholder engagement.

This project will use the funding to bring the whole community together to celebrate its 30th anniversary. A programme of free community workshops will be delivered culminating in a celebration event to include entertainment, intergenerational story telling and a horticultural show.
Positive Voices 01 Jun 2016
This project will support people who are newly diagnosed with HIV or struggling with their diagnosis in Bristol, South Gloucestershire and North Somerset. People will receive an assessment to help recognise their strengths and achieve their goals. There will be regular one-to-one support from others with direct experiences of HIV, and signposting to other services. There will also be workshops about understanding HIV, treatment options, telling others about the diagnosis, sex and relationships.
