This group will use the funding to deliver a programme of cycling activities, which will challenge issues surrounding social isolation and encourage improved levels of engagement.
St Ursula's Trim Trail 08 Feb 2017
The funding will be used to install a trim trail on its grounds, which will support children who are experiencing the effects of social disadvantage. This will improve resources for children to enjoy, in an area which lacks access to safe outside play equipment.
Wicked Ting! 01 Feb 2017
Music and crafts workshops will be funded for children who experience social isolation, including those living with conditions such as Autism. They will be able to engage in social activities which develop their social skills and confidence.

This group will use the funding to develop an accessible community garden space where older people and people with limited mobility, learning difficulties or mental health problems can take part in gardening activities. This will encourage people to engage in horticulture and improve community engagement.
Barton Hill Festival 01 Feb 2017
This group will use the funding to host a one-day family festival consisting of a range of performances, cultural activities and food from around the world. This will encourage young people, community members and professionals to volunteer and create an event celebrating the people and diversity of the area.
A fitness and assault course will be created at the school with this funding. The equipment will encourage children, who are living with learning issues, to take part in exercise leading to healthier lifestyles.
An outdoor space will be transformed with this funding, to enable educationally disadvantaged children to access outdoor play and fitness in a safe environment. This will increase community usage of local fitness facilities and ensure safer places free from anti-social behaviour and crime.
Easton's 'Better Together' Project 01 Feb 2017
This group will use the funding to install a range of outdoor equipment for use by children and the community. This will allow children and adults from different cultural backgrounds to build strong relationships and develop their English and literacy skills, which will improve their employment prospects.
This school will use the funding to install play equipment on their grounds. Children will be able to take part in activities which benefit their development, health and wellbeing.

This group will use the funding to create a new nursery space and train volunteer staff in a deprived area. This care facility will give children the opportunity to participate in activities which encourage their development.

This group will use the funding to deliver a public event which will celebrate and raise awareness of this organisationâ€™s activities. The event will support a community that is experiencing the effects of social disadvantage, as well as enhance community relationships and engagement.

Good Food Matters for Older People 17 Jan 2017
An expansion of the Soil Associationâ€™s Food for Life programme, this project uses good food to reduce isolation and improve the nutrition and wellbeing of older people. Food for Life Better Care will work directly with older people to develop and tailor programmes to reflect the different needs in three areas across the UK; Edinburgh, Calderdale and Kirklees and Leicester City and Leicestershire. Older people in care settings, hospitals and their own homes will be supported to eat and enjoy food together.
Farm Flavours 18 Jan 2017
This charity will use the funding to run healthy food and cookery workshops for the benefit of vulnerable and disadvantaged families living locally. Health and well-being will be improved and opportunities for healthier eating will be enhanced.
An all-weather play space and outdoor climbing equipment will be installed with this funding. The new area will provide children with an outdoor structure which will enhance their physical activity.
