Young People's Theatre 23 Nov 2005
The aim of this group is to create original and exciting theatre work and to widen opportunities for diverse audiences to participate in rewarding creative activities. The group would use an award to contribute towards expanding the Young Peoples Theatre programme that they already run by splitting the groups into three age categories. This will enable them to accommodate an additional 30 students who would not otherwise be able to access the programme.
Homegrown: 'Now What?' 10 Nov 2011
This is a project by a charity in Wandsworth. The group will use the funding to deliver a performing arts project enabling young people to explore and address issues resulting from the riots in London during summer 2011. This will enable the beneficiaries to feel more involved in their local community and to challenge negative views of young people through positive activities.
BAC's Young People's Season 20 Jan 2009
This project will present a week of performance, workshops and a discussion forum dedicated to young people. It will provide a platform for performers, showcase collaborations between local schools and launch two new programmes. The discussion forum will be open to members of the public.
