We are FoodPioneers CIC are a Worthing based social enterprise delivering food related events and projects with and for predominantly disadvantaged neighbourhoods. Funding was provided for an innovative seaweed project ‘From the Sea Health’ to restore and celebrate the town’s connections with a food and fertiliser source that is also vital for the marine environment and wildlife.
RCC Theatre is a part of ARRCC, a charity offering a range of support, advice and training opportunities for physically and sensory impaired adults and those suffering from dementia, focusing on art activities and therapies. Funding was provided towards the cost of heating in the theatre.

The Southdowns Folk Festival takes place in Bognor Regis in September. Funding was provided to expand and extend the successful `pilot` project they ran in 2017 which focussed on training and `hands on` experience for a small cohort of local long-term unemployed people in event management and associated skills.

Amazonas Arts uses Brazilian art forms, especially Capoeira, to enhance mental and physical wellbeing, promote cultural exchange and encourage community involvement. Funding was provided to support an 8-week programme of free weekly capoeira movement and music classes to a group of young people at the Brighton Youth Centre (BYC) with the aim of improving their fitness and general well-being in a unique and fun way.

Based in Brighton, the World Cetacean Alliance (WCA) is the world's largest marine conservation partnership. Funding was provided to seed fund an Education Officer to run the new Visitor Centre and engage the local community and tourists on Brighton Beach, as well as on board tour boats visiting the Rampion Wind Farm.
Action in rural Sussex was established in 1931 as Sussex Rural Community Council. Funding was provided towards a COPES worker for 1 day a week. This person will deliver individual and group sessions to help targeted young people address and manage anxiety.
