Autism Matters 09 Aug 2017
Following a successful pilot, this project will provide a support and advice service for anyone on the autistic spectrum, and their families. The service will offer a mixture of appointment and drop in services offering support in many areas including diagnosis, debt, education, employment and housing.
Work4UPlus2 Youth Development Programme 09 Feb 2018
The five-year Work4UPlus project is using £499,560 to work with young people aged 13–20 who face barriers to learning or employment, or who engage in risky behaviour. The project increases the young people’s confidence, skills and well-being, and helps them reach their education, training and work goals. The young people can share their skills by becoming a peer mentor or volunteer. The group runs training on sexual health, personal and professional skills, and a work experience placement.
North Kensington Community Youth Festival 01 Aug 2017
This group planned a football tournament and community day at Westway Sports (which is situated opposite Grenfell Towers) for local residents and residents of the Grenfell Tower to come together and enjoy. The group invited some local youth clubs and community centres from Westminster, Hammersmith & Fulham and Brent.
Value Tolerance and Diversity in the Community 28 Jun 2017
This project will run a programme of workshops, seminars and sessions to bring the community together. This will enable local people from different ethnic backgrounds to work together, encouraging tolerance of other cultures.

A church hall which is no longer fit for purpose will be refurbished, creating a facility to meet diverse needs of the local community. This new and improved venue will allow the community to participate in a range of events and activities, helping to combat social isolation and improve relations amongst local residents. Opportunities will also be provided to access information and support in relation to health, wellbeing and life skills.

The group will make essential repairs the roof of the building to provide a safer, more comfortable place for volunteers and learners to participate in creative activities.
The group will deliver a series of various sporting activities to people with learning difficulties to help to improve their physical health and wellbeing, which also help to increase their confidence and self-esteem.
The Great Outdoors 29 May 2017
1st Pontygwaith Scout Group in Rhondda Cynon Taf will use the grant to provide a range of outdoor activities for their members to increase confidence and self-esteem. This grant for £5,000 will fund activities, camping equipment, transport, catering, projector, residential, and hedge trimmer.
The project will recruit a farm manager to help manage the day to day running and business management of their fresh food growing site. This will help improve the infrastructure of the organisation, develop partnership working, provide structured support for volunteers, and create more events and outreach programmes.
Byker Summer Playtime 11 Apr 2017
The project will run summer holiday activities for children under 12 years old to help them improve their knowledge, skills and opportunities. Activities will include a breakfast club, arts classes, gardening and drama, as well as healthy cooking sessions for families to encourage them to make healthy lifestyle choices.

Reunite London 29 Nov 2017
The project will support mothers leaving prison, helping them to rebuild relationships with their children, resettle into the community and reduce the risk of re-offending. The group will work with a number of women’s prisons and will provide tailored practical and emotional support three months before they leave prison. The support will focus on working with women on their individual goals and identifying training and education opportunities.
