Recipient Org: Description Horsehills Riding for the Disabled Association (RDA) Group is a registered charity and member group of the National Riding for the Disabled Association. The objects of the charity are to provide disabled local people with affordable riding opportunities for the benefit of their health and wellbeing. The children visiting the facilities presently visit in school time for one academic year during which time they will participate in the National RDA achievement awards, attend the regional challenge day and send representatives to the Regional Dressage at Hickstead. RDA Horsehills aims to encourage individuals to achieve to the best of their ability, to gain in self-confidence and to enjoy riding and learning to care for horses. The charity does not employ any staff. It is governed by 5 trustees and around 10 volunteers.
