Work experience for teenagers (360G-CheshireCF-A433369)

Bridge Community Farms provides work opportunities and experience for vulnerable, hard to reach young people who have mental health and learning difficulties who are not in education or employment or struggling in the classroom. The project supports young people and provides valuable skills enabling them to farm the land, undertake work to donate food parcels to those living in poverty and help sell the farm's produce and other products. The grant is a contribution to the appointment of a new Client Coordinator on the farm to enable Bridge Community Farms to work with up to 12 well-being clients per day, four days per week.
