At Home with IT (360G-CheshireCF-A433613)

£7,251

Snow Angels supports older and vulnerable people to live independently in their own homes through a network of volunteers supported by professional staff across Cheshire. The "At Home with IT" project aims to reduce social isolation and loneliness and improve access to services by providing access to I Pad's and IT support to older people (mainly over 75 years old). The grant funding will be used to pay for a part-time Project Worker who will visit people in their own homes to help them to use the tablets and the Project Worker will also train a network of volunteers to support older people in the future.
