Glazebury over 60s club provides a weekly meeting point for older people, combating social isolation in a rural community. The project will introduce health and wellbeing services to the group, including access to the neighbourhood mentor to empower older people to keep healthy and keep involved in the community. This funding will contribute towards room hire, publicity and refreshments.
