Gaydio CIC is a broadcast, skills development and training organisation for the LGBT community. The project is a radio skills training project for disadvantaged LGBT young people in Chester aged 14-25; the project uses radio and media skills to address the issues and challenges this group may face such as discrimination, social isolation, poor health and educational under-achievement. The Cheshire Community Foundation will contribute towards a Workshop Lead for the training sessions, this will also enable the project to be expanded to reach more people.
