Recipient Org: Description Wembury Marine Centre has been delivering marine education events such as rockpool safaris, beach cleans, strandline walks and beach surveys for over 20 years.Wembury is recognised as one of the best places in the country to go rockpooling.In the last year alone over 3000 school children and over 500 adults have participated in the popular rockpool safaris. Over the last few years this is been expanded to organising snorkel safaris which means children not only experience animals in the rock pools but also under the water as well. This is a unique experience which everyone finds exhilarating.
