| Recipient Org: Description | Our group is a supporting and free weekly running group that has taken inspiration from the Skid Row Running Project in Los Angeles. We aim to provide running and sporting opportunities to sections of the community that may otherwise feel excluded. That said it is a fully inclusive group and no one is turned away. Our goal is to support and encourage people who may feel social exclusion is a barrier to sport and particularly try to support those who may be involved in crime, substance abuse, homelessness and mental health to bring about positive change. |
