Recipient Org: Description The aim is simple. To allow Bedazzle to expand its services to a much wider sector, particularly those with Special Educational Needs, Assisted Needs and those who are disadvantaged financially and unable to take-up courses and activities that are on offer. Bedazzle Projects will provide facilities and services on a wide range of initiatives, funded from as many sources as possible – public and private. Through performance and communication arts, our objectives are to instil confidence, inspire creativity, increase connections and improve communication skills. With a vibrant youth volunteer and mentoring programme, supported by experienced professionals, we deliver exciting and relevant integrated pieces of work that challenge and inspire. A large part of our work is preparing students to be 'future ready', encouraging self-advocacy, social and workplace skills; supported by accredited exams encouraging life-long learning and social responsibility. We achieve this by encouraging student participation throughout the entire creative process, delivering weekly performing arts classes, live shows, workshops, residential weekends, events, film audio recorded projects.
