Our approach is holistic whilst working toward equality of outcome. Working with individuals and communities to enhance their situation. Current programmes include “play work” training teaching people how to create and enable children to access freely chosen play opportunities. “Equality and diversity training” though dialogue and practical exercises we explore prejudice, discrimination and cultural diversity. “Women in conversation” women come together from different backgrounds and beliefs, sharing concerns and experiences, enabling them to work together for change. |
