Recipient Org: Description The Centre provides Day care and Luncheon services for older people twice a week, 80% of our members are African Caribbean, most frail, vulnerable - isolated within their own homes. The luncheon club is funded by volunteers for 1 day by freshly preparing meals to its over 35 clients, offering Meals on wheels to housebound & a befriending service that ensures people feel connected, Extend Exercise & stimulating games. Located in a deprived area, settled migrants utilize services aiding knowledge of local facilities, encouraging security and social inclusion.
