Recipient Org: Description Oxfordshire Youth is the leading organisation for the youth sector in Oxfordshire, committed to our vision to ensure all young people in Oxfordshire be empowered, feel respected and know that they are valued. Our mission is to build a resilient youth sector in Oxfordshire that provides high quality services for young people. Through our local network of voluntary sector members, we bring together organisations who support over six thousand young people across the county. Through a number of collaborations, we work with a range of groups from the voluntary, public and education sectors, aiming to make Oxfordshire a great place for young people to live and grow up. We believe in positive relationships, partnerships and co-production, which has been key to our successes. Our collaborations provide: bespoke support, relevant high-quality training and events, for anyone working with young people in Oxfordshire. Young people are at the heart of what we do and involving young people in our decisions offers them positive experiences, skills development, and benefits our understanding of young people’s needs. Through training, support and direct delivery, we aim to increase the involvement of young people in their communities and help develop resilient and engaged members of society.
