Recipient Org: Description Community at 67 is based in a converted post office in Keynsham South, an area which has significant areas of social housing. Our aims are to:- Provide a local resource centre and meeting place To provide a range of activities in response to local needs for everyone in the community To provide a base for organisations to operate from in order to engage with the relevant members of the community To initiate projects which will improve the quality of life for the local community To work in partnership with other groups in order to improve the quality of life in our area. In meeting these aims the organisation delivers the following activities - examples only - Employment project funded by BANES (£30k for two years) to help people get back to employment - Maths club - Lunch club - internet caf - Host local community radio - Food cooperative - Craft club for older members of the community
