Recipient Org: Description We provide housing and support for young people aged 16-25. Our overall aim is to help young people become successful independent adults. We provide supported housing with varying levels of support from high support (hostel accommodation and self contained flats) to shared houses and floating support for young people who just need a bit of extra help. We provide holistic support around mental health, relationships, money and finance, practical life skills, physical health and education, employment and training. We provide positive activities and lots of volunteering opportunities for young people and members of the local community.
