Recipient Org: Description | Full circle was established in 1980 and has evolved over time . Recently we have taken over the community assest management of The Docklands in St Pauls so we now have a wider range of activities we offer. Our aims are: To increase opportunities for social and recreational activities. To provide social education activities enhancing well-being and health. To encourage participation by voicing and addressing personal and community concerns. our activities include Full Circle @Docklands, providing support to a currently diverse community to enhance life opportunities and to raise aspiration through access to a wide range of services, activities and advice delivered in a holistic way. We promote social inclusion and community cohesion in all aspects of our work, involving families voices and opinions to influence positive change in St Pauls and the surrounding neighbourhood. We run weekly youth sessions in football , music and media, fencing and during the holidays provide activities and trips for young people and their families . We host and support a women's group called Sheros who come from many different backgrounds, they meet weekly and provide support and inspiration for each other . |
